You will build the interfaces our customers and our team use every day: the approval queues, the weekly briefs, the agent controls and the internal tooling, plus the website you are reading now.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the customer console: approvals, logs, agent settings and the weekly brief.
- Build internal tooling for the delivery team to configure, test and monitor agents.
- Own the website and its illustration and animation system.
- Care about accessibility, performance and the details that make software feel considered.
- Work with design and engineering to ship small, often.
- Review code and raise the standard of the front end across the team.
What we are looking for
- Five or more years building production web applications with React and Next.js.
- Strong TypeScript and a good understanding of the browser.
- Experience designing interfaces for non-technical users under time pressure.
- An eye for typography, spacing and motion, and the judgement to use them sparingly.
- Comfort working from a brief rather than a finished design.
Helpful, not required
- SVG and animation experience (GSAP or similar).
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with Claude or similar tools in your own workflow.
How we hire
- A short call with a founder to talk about the role and what you have built.
- A practical exercise close to the real work, paid for your time, with a follow-up conversation about it.
- A conversation with the people you would work with most.
- An offer within a week of the last conversation. We tell you either way.
