Company OS

The layer every Blott agent runs on.

Company OS is the foundation your agents are built on: one memory of your business, one set of permissions, one audit trail, and the plumbing that lets an enquiry pass from reception to booking to billing without anyone touching it. We set it up first, then add agents to it. It is why they behave like one team rather than a dozen separate tools.

What sits underneath.

An agent is only as good as what it knows, what it is allowed to do and who it can pass work to. Company OS is where those three things live, so it is built before the first agent and every agent after that starts with the whole picture on day one.

01

One memory

A single, current record of your customers, jobs, prices, rules and exceptions, drawn from the systems you already use. Every agent reads from it and writes back to it, so nothing is asked twice and nothing is known by only one agent.

02

One set of limits

What each agent may do, up to what value, and what needs a human first. Set once, applied everywhere: a refund threshold agreed with the billing agent binds the complaints agent too.

03

One conversation

Agents hand work to each other with the full context attached. The customer who called reception at 8:52 does not repeat themselves to booking at 8:54, or to billing at noon.

What it does for you.

Connects to the tools you run on

Company OS holds the integrations, so adding an agent never means adding a new connection. Connect Xero once and every agent that needs to invoice, chase or reconcile can.

  • Phone systems, WhatsApp Business, email and web chat
  • Google Workspace and Microsoft 365
  • Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, FreeAgent
  • Booking, practice, CRM and job-management systems

Keeps humans in the loop by design

Approvals are not a feature bolted onto each agent. They are a rule of the platform: anything irreversible or above a threshold waits for a person, and the request arrives where you already are.

  • Approve or decline from WhatsApp, Slack, Teams or email
  • Thresholds by value, by customer and by agent
  • A customer can ask for a person at any point and get one

Shows its work

Every action is logged with what the agent saw, what it decided and why. You get a plain-English brief on Monday, and a full timeline whenever you want one.

  • Per-agent activity and outcomes, searchable
  • Daily monitoring by us, alerts when something drifts
  • Change how an agent behaves with a message to us

At a glance

The facts a cautious owner, a practice manager or an IT contractor usually asks for before anything is switched on.

Built for businesses with rules to follow.

Because the limits live in the platform rather than in each agent, they are applied consistently and can be shown to an auditor, a regulator or a nervous client.

  • GDPR as a defaultRetention periods, consent records and data requests are handled by the platform, not remembered by staff.
  • Sector rules where you need themFCA, CQC, GDC and SRA considerations built into the relevant agents’ limits and scripts.
  • Always identifies itselfEvery agent tells customers they are speaking with an AI assistant, in every channel.
  • Nothing irreversible without a personPayments, refunds, cancellations, deletions and anything above your threshold wait for a human yes.

Questions people ask

Is Company OS set up separately from the agents?

Yes. Company OS is its own piece of work and goes in first: connecting your systems, building the shared record of your business, and agreeing the limits and approvals. Agents are then built on top of it. Most businesses set up Company OS once and add agents to it over months or years.

Do we have to log in to it?

Rarely. Most owners interact with Company OS through the channels they already use: approvals arrive by WhatsApp or email, and the weekly brief lands in the inbox. A dashboard exists for those who want the detail, and the full timeline is always available on request.

Can we start with one agent and add more later?

That is how most people start. Company OS is set up once at the beginning, so the first agent carries that work with it. The second then takes days rather than weeks, and the third is quicker still.

What happens if we leave?

We export your data, your agents' instructions and the audit log in standard formats, hand them over, and delete our copies. The platform is ours; everything in it about your business is yours.

Where does our data go?

It is held in the UK, encrypted, and is never used to train models. Agents only read what they need for their job, and every read and write is logged.
