Personal agents

An assistant that knows your business and clears your admin.

One assistant, for you or for each person on your team. It reads your inbox, keeps your diary, chases what's owed, prepares you for meetings and writes the paperwork, in your voice, from your systems. You talk to it the way you'd message a colleague, and it asks before it does anything you'd want to see first.

A Tuesday with your assistant.

It doesn't replace your judgement. It removes the forty small tasks that stand between you and using it. Here is an owner's day with one.

07:30
The briefA short message on WhatsApp: what's in the diary, which invoices are overdue, three emails that need you, and yesterday's numbers.
09:10
Inbox sortedFourteen emails triaged. Nine handled with drafts in your voice for you to send or tweak. Five flagged as yours, with a one-line reason.
11:45
Meeting prepBefore the 2pm: who you're seeing, what was said last time, what they owe you and what you promised them, pulled from the CRM and your email.
14:20
The chaseThree overdue invoices chased politely in your name. A supplier quote you asked about last week followed up. You approve, it sends.
17:30
Day closedExpenses filed from the photos you sent. Tomorrow's diary checked for clashes. A note of what's still open, so nothing carries in your head overnight.

What it takes off your plate.

These are the jobs a personal agent handles from the first week. Yours will be shaped to your role, whether you run the business, the finances, the sales or the office.

At a glance

A personal agent is the fastest thing we set up. It works through the tools you already have and the channel you already use, and it never acts on anything important without asking.

One assistant, not twelve tabs.

It knows your business

Not a general chatbot. It has read your templates, your terms, your customers and your past emails, so what it writes sounds like you and is right for your business.

  • Your voice, your templates
  • Your customers and history
  • Your rules about what to say and not say

It works where you work

You message it like a colleague. It replies in the same thread. There's no new app to open and nothing to learn, which is why people actually use it.

  • WhatsApp, Slack, Teams or email
  • Voice notes welcome
  • Same thread, same day

It asks first

Drafts wait for your yes. Payments, cancellations and anything you've flagged wait for your yes. Everything it does is logged and readable, so trust builds quickly.

  • Approval on anything that matters
  • Full log of every action
  • Tighten or loosen the rules by message

Your inbox, handled with care.

A personal agent sees more of your business than any other tool you run. We build it accordingly.

  • Nothing sent without youEvery outgoing message, payment or booking waits for an approval until you choose to loosen it, task by task.
  • Scoped accessIt sees the mailboxes, folders and accounts you grant, through official integrations, and nothing else.
  • UK-hosted, never trained onYour data stays in the UK, is never used to train models, and is deleted when you leave.
  • Fit for your sectorGDPR throughout; FCA, CQC or GDC considerations where your work needs them, built into what it may say and store.

Live in a week.

Day 1

Meet it

An hour with you: how your week runs, what you'd hand off first, and what it must always ask about.

Days 2 to 3

Connect and teach

We connect your inbox, diary, accounts and files, and give it your templates and past correspondence to learn your voice.

Days 4 to 5

Shadow mode

It drafts everything and sends nothing. You mark what's right, and we tune it until it sounds like you.

Day 5 onwards

Live

You start handing things off. We check in daily for the first fortnight and loosen approvals as you're comfortable.

Questions people ask

Is this different from just using Claude or ChatGPT?

Yes. A personal agent is connected to your inbox, diary, accounts and files, knows your business, and acts on your behalf within limits you set. A general assistant answers questions; this one clears your Tuesday.

Will it send emails as me?

Only when you tell it to. By default every outgoing message is a draft you approve with a tap. Many people loosen that for routine replies after a couple of weeks; some never do. Both are fine.

What can it see?

Exactly what you grant, through the official connections to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Xero, QuickBooks, your CRM and your file store. You can scope it to particular mailboxes or folders, and revoke access at any time.

Does it work for a team, not just me?

Yes. Each person gets their own assistant with their own approvals and their own inbox access, and the assistants share one understanding of the business, so the sales lead's follow-up and the finance lead's chase don't contradict each other.

How is this different from Custom automations?

Custom automations are agents that do a customer-facing job for the business: answering the phone, booking, billing. A personal agent works for one person and handles their admin. Most businesses that have one end up with the other.
